OUR RESIN
We use a polyester based system which is a very secret blend of resin and cristobalite which is suitable to produce holds that meet the standard DIN EN 12572-3:2017.
COLOURS
Our holds can be produced in any standard RAL colour, the colours below are all industry standard colours, we can produce in any colour you like, but this would mean ordering in your pigment specifically thus delaying the turn around time.
Please Note: Please do not use website colour images for colour-matching, as colours can vary widely on different monitors. Please feel free to contact us if you need help matching to an existing set or circuit. Our Floro colours are not suitable for outdoor use as the UV colour can fade in direct sunlight.
FIXING & SAFETY
Our holds should only be installed by a suitably competent and experienced person. All of the screw holes must be used. 5mm wood-screws of appropriate length should be used to allow 20mm of penetration into the wall surface. All our holds have dual bolt fixing meaning you can use either M10 countersunk or Flathead bolts, we recommend not using impact drills to fix to your wall,
Our holds should only be used on a climbing surface that meets BS EN 12572-1 or BS EN 12572-2. They must not be installed on curved surfaces, and the entire hold should fit onto the surface of the wall.
If a product shows a crack in its structure, or if a fixation point is damaged in any way, the product must be discarded for safety.
